Any advice for lighting when taking close up pictures? - close up pictures of my vigina

For my work I need to close-up pictures of the little things. I am currently on a window sill if there is too much light, Blu-tac me a piece of paper to the window, and if there is enough light I have 2 lamps Flickery angle of equilibrium.

Although usually get good photos, my setup is not optimal. Suggestions would be very grateful, own, especially in decent lighting.
