Has anyone tried apple cider vinegar for help in weightloss? - has anyone tried apple cider vinegar for weightloss

Someone told me to take a teaspoon of apple vinegar before each meal, because it increases metabolism. Is that true? If you used it?

My company has a product called Accelerator capsules and all types of fat burning and metabolism of reinforcements, such as cayenne pepper, vinegar, apple juice and cinnamon. only all natural products, but not the nasty taste of burning or hot pepper vinegar. I'd never be able to take everything for themselves. but the thought of it makes me shudder) LOL. I've heard that both fat loss and will be respected. increase.
